- The first 90 days an account is active is what we like to call the "configuration period". During this time our team focuses on customer feedback, sales volume, and performance metrics to ensure a positive relationship is developed with the platform. These three components are key when scaling a new e-commerce account.
How fast can a store be scaled?
- After the configuration period, we will begin scaling your account. During the scaling period, we will upload additional product data to expand your account offerings. Various factors contribute to how much an account can be scaled and how quickly.
Can I have multiple E-commerce accounts?
- E-commerce platform policies request for one account per household, however, if our client wishes to launch multiple accounts all information must be different. The information includes but is not limited to an entity, address, phone number, email address, and payment details.
